Welcome to Ameen's Restaurant and Banquet Hall. By booking an event at our venue located at Unit 2555 Dixie Road, Mississauga, CA, L4Y 4C4, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service, which constitute a binding agreement between you and Ameen's Restaurant and Banquet Hall , LLC (“Venue”).

1. Use of Venue

Clients may use the Venue only for the agreed-upon event type, date, and time. Access is granted only at the Rental Start Time and ends by the Rental End Time. Early entry is prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.

2. Event Timing & Overtime Fees

Rental Start Time: Setup begins; guests may not enter. Event Start Time: Guests may arrive. Event End Time: All music off; guests begin exiting. Rental End Time: Full vacate deadline. A 15-minute grace period is granted. After that, a $200/hour overtime fee applies (billed in full hours).Events must end by 1:00 AM. Early events (ending by 4 PM) incur security deposit forfeiture if exceeded.

3. Prohibited Activities

Strictly prohibited on premises: Ticket sales without written approval. Congregating outside near the venue. Fireworks, glitter, confetti, silly string. Wall damage via adhesives or fasteners. Abandoned décor or balloons. Violations may result in event termination and payment forfeiture.

4. Payments & Deposits

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date. A full 35% retainer (including the $500) is due within 14 days of invoicing. The final balance is due 30 days before the event. All payments are non-refundable, including cancellations or missed deadlines. Bookings made within 30 days of the event must be paid in full at signing.

5. Security Deposit

A $400 refundable security deposit is due 30 days before the event. Deductions apply for:

Overtime Damages Improper cleanup Policy breaches Additional costs exceeding the deposit are the client’s responsibility.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

All payments are non-refundable One (1) reschedule permitted with:30+ days' notice$500 rescheduling fee New date within 12 months Government mandates (e.g. pandemic) allow penalty-free reschedule, no refunds.

7. Liability & Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ameen's Restaurant and Banquet Hall and its staff from: Injuries or damages caused by clients, guests, or vendors. Breach of these Terms. Any losses during or related to the event.

8. Force Majeure

The Venue is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond its control, including:

Natural disasters Pandemics Government restrictions Power outages Affected clients may reschedule within 12 months. No refunds.

9. Media Release

Client permits Ameen's Restaurant and Banquet Hall to use photos/videos from the event for marketing, with no compensation owed.

10. Entry Rights

Venue staff may enter the space at any time for safety or operational needs.

11. Agreement Revocation

Venue reserves the right to cancel any event and retain all payments if: The client breaches any part of this agreement. Required payments are not made on time. Safety or public order is at risk.

12. Alcohol Policy

Alcohol served only to guests 21+.Must be served by a licensed and insured bartender (proof required 14 days before).Alcohol sales or service by unlicensed individuals is prohibited.

13. Fire, Smoking & Cooking Policy

No open flames or indoor cooking/smoking allowed. Sternos and food warmers are permitted.

14. Cleanup Responsibilities

A $200 cleaning fee is included in the package. Clients must bag food waste, clean spills, and remove décor by end of rental. Violations may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

15. Vendor Policy

All vendors must be: Fully insured Cleared out by the rental end time Abandoned items will be discarded without liability.

16. Legal Fees

If enforcement or collections are needed, the Client agrees to pay: Legal/collection costs A minimum of $400 or 20% of unpaid amounts Court fees.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, and all disputes must be resolved in Hillsborough County

courts.

18. Identity Verification

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all clients. The booking is not valid without it.
